Returns/Exchange policy

For all Domestic/International orders

Please read all information carefully for understanding.  All returning orders must be requested and approved within 14-days of delivery, for exchanges, refund and credit transaction to complete/fulfill; no exception. The overall time for a return to complete average around 14-20 business days after acceptance of returned order. We accept returns on numerous selective items, please refer to our non-returnable/non-refundable list below for items that cannot be returned. Products/Items that are returnable will be labeled and listed in product description when shopping. There is a 14 days rule with no penalty for all return requests to be reviewed and accepted, after 14 days there will be a late fee penalty of $3 daily for everyday order return request was late, up to 20 days of delivery date, then return window will be closed off completely no exception. We advise our customers to check order eligibility 1st before submitting a return request through our return center, to ensure that their order qualifies for standard return. 14-Days Return Hassle-Free Window 

We have a 14-days hassle free window for all approved order returns, which means you have a total of 14 days after delivery to request a return without penalty. Once delivery exceeds 14 days without a return request submission, late fee of $3.00 per day applies; everyday order return request was late up to 20 days after delivery maximum, penalty fee will be deducted from order total excluding the shipping fee which is already non refundable on all orders. After delivery exceeds 20 days; order is no longer eligible for return. During the 6 days return extension, customers must submit request using our email method because our return center for order will be closed due to return request being late. To start  return by email method contact our customer service department via phone or email.  Requests that is out of our 20 days return window, will not be honored or accepted; we will not accept any returns when request has surpassed total amount of days for approval. All returns must be approved by us before order can be sent back to us. Any return that was not approved by us will be subjected to an unauthorize return penalty, also customers will not receive our return address. Free returns vs. Orders

Standard free returns are given during our seasonal promotions for a limited time, also granted on orders that we incorrect/damaged, refer to categories below for more details. For all other standard orders customers must pay return shipping expense which includes return label, or any accrued shipping fees. Customers can use shipping package of their choice for their return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. See list below for following Items that are non-returnable/non-refundable;

  • lingerie 
  • stocking
  • accessories 
  • swim wear
  • faux leather fabric (selective please ask)
  • final sale items/sale items under $30
  • gift card items 
  • last stock item (discounted)
  • silk sleepwear 
  • all white/mostly white products (due to discoloration/marks after try on)
  • wigs

  

Unapproved/Unauthorized returned orders

All returns must be approved no exception. Although our return policy is outlined to protect unwanted returns and unnecessary expense for both our company and customers; we still get unapproved returned orders. To protect our company, we limit uncounted loss by penalizing customers that refuse to follow or adhere to our return policy guidelines, therefore, non-compliant customers receive a penalty due to order being returned to us without our consent, which leads our company to accept returned order by default. Return penalty is a partial refund/credit on orders that was returned unauthorized; instead of receiving maximum refund for  order, customers will be subjected to partial credit; see options below.

Penalty charge of:

Option 1:

  • $14 deducted from original shipping fee which was non-refundable. 
  • Restocking fee of 7% of order total 
  • $5 deducted for each unauthorized item in order.
  • Taxes will not be refunded/credited
  • After final sum of deductions order will be refunded in the form of original payment within 3-7 days.

Option 2: No penalty charge but deductions apply,

  • Receive maximum store credit with none of the above penalty fees deducted from order
  • Shipping fee is non refundable 
  • Taxes will be excluded from store credit 
  • No penalty on this option deductions apply from (shipping & taxes) we will credit store gift card and send to your email; the final sum amount. If you haven't received it in 3-7 days contact us.

 

Eligible/Qualifying orders

Our returns center is available for all orders that qualifies/eligible for return. Find return center in our information category or at the bottom of our webpage in footer area under quick links. Orders can be returned by email method, or through our returns center. To return by email please contact us via email or phone. We will assist you in return process and send you instructions on how to get a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your order must have items that are returnable in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with order number to fill out return form. Customer can choose to exchange once they qualify. Once your return is approved, you can proceed with return process. Please refer to our unauthorized/unapproved returned orders section above on this page to read more information on why not to return your order unannounced. We use approved return information for documentation of orders and tracking of all our products; without this vital information we wouldn’t be able to track all our returns to efficiently or better suit your needs for thorough order management and monitoring. Remember we do not offer free returns unless for promotions or you received incorrect order. Follow us for more promotions when we do so you do not miss out on the opportunity.

 

Incorrect Order Delivery vs. Insured/Uninsured

Whether order is insured or uninsured customers can request return. Customers that receive incorrect orders (wrong item, double item etc.,) will be accepted without penalty. All returns for incorrect orders will be replaced for refund, credit or exchange.  

Incorrect/Wrong order resolution;

  • Free return for entire order
  • Replacement cost for order covered (must return items)
  • Refund on entire order (must return items) shipping fee excluded
  • Free shipping on exchange orders 
  • Store credit for full cost of order (per customer request)

 

Damages/Issues orders vs. Uninsured/Insured

Based on order insurance status, returned orders replacement cost will cover entire order expense, if order was damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to lack of visibility and verification we cannot prove whose at fault  for damages to product/s, therefore, reports placed after 3 days of delivery will result in a late damage report penalty and loss of maximum refund or store credit. 

Options available for uninsured:

  • Replace 80% order free of cost 
  • Refund 80% of order with item returned to us.
  • Store credit of 90% of order (keep item) except taxes and shipping fees which are non refundable 

Options for insured orders:

  • Full refund of original payment returned item
  • Full store credit 
  • Full replacement cost

 

Exchanges vs. Return

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item with store credit or refund or submit a request for exchange with return request so we can notate order and modify order changes accordingly; a restock fee will apply of $8 to fulfil all exchanges once exact items are being swapped out (exchanged). Returned order vs. Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once you follow our previous instructions and guidelines from our return policy, refunds will be granted based on order classification/specifications. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
