Shipping Policy

For all Domestic/International Orders 

Shopping with us has gotten easier due to our variety of options to choose from when selecting your shipping method at checkout. We have various shipping options available to suit your specific needs. We ship worldwide to selective countries. We offer international shipping to countries based on transparency with tracking of orders, shipping delays and few to no limitations of shipping options.  Please see list of countries we ship below. 

 

US/Domestic Standard Shipping  

For standard shipping, orders take an average of  3-5 days to ship (not deliver) after an order was placed, which is our ship time. Shipment time is the amount of days it takes an order to ship (not deliver). Due to extended ship time for standard shipping; delivery time on average are longer for those orders compared to express shipping. Delivery time is the estimated time it takes an order to arrive destination/customer address, from the time it was shipped. We have a standard processing time of 1-2 days which allows us to properly assess our stock availability/inventory and perform inspection.

Processing time is the time it takes an order to process before preparation/packaging for shipment. To better understand our shipping process there is a sequence we follow; 1st Processing (process of new order), 2nd Shipment ( prepare/package order, then shipped), 3rd Delivery time (order was shipped and delivery time estimated, customer awaits their order). Standard shipping have two options (a) 5-14 business days- $9.90 and (b) 7-20 business days- $6.50; delivery included, customers can choose whichever one suits their needs. All our shipping options include estimated delivery time.

 US/Domestic orders shipping options:

  • Standard shipping 7-20 business days ($6.50) 
  • Standard shipping 5-14 business days ($9.90)  
  • Express shipping 3-5 days ($32.00)  
  • Express shipping 1-3 days ($58.00)
  • Overnight shipping 1-2 days ($88.00)  

 

 Delays vs. Standard shipping

Shipping delays credit options are available based on customer preference/request. The maximum amount of days for standard shipping orders to get delivered is up to 31 days after order was shipped, if delayed, once order exceeds estimated delivery time then, customers must contact us via phone or email, so we can launch an investigation into the matter and provide a resolution. We use third party shipping carriers for our shipping and handling, they may experience delays from time to time, so we try to limit these issues by sending each customer their respective tracking information, along with new updates of issues that may arise with orders during transit. It is customers responsibility to keep track of their orders and notify us of any changes.

Once an order is shipped we are no longer responsible for delivery, how it gets to a customer is solely based on shipping carriers assigned to delivery service. We are not at fault for any delays of order in transit. We keep records of all our shipment along with shipment receipt, to protect our company from shipping fraud and deception. We advise our customers to purchase insurance for protection of their orders in transit. Insurance coverage is essential for orders against lost, stolen or damages. With order coverage we are liable to replace all orders that was lost, stolen or damaged. US/Domestic Express Shipping  

Please read standard shipping section prior for more information on our processing time, ship time and delivery time to gain a better understanding on how we prepare/ship our orders. 

For express shipping, orders take an average of 2-3 days to ship (not deliver) depending on the express shipping method selected at checkout. Unlike standard shipping, express orders processing time are 1-2 days after an order was placed; before shipment. Delivery time on average for express orders are up to 5 days after order was shipped. We offer 2 options for express shipping, (a) 3-5 days- $32.00 and (b) 1-2 days- $58.00. Customers can select any one of their preference.

 

 Delays vs. Express shipping

Like standard shipping, express orders have credit options are available for delays. The maximum amount of days for an express order to get delivered is up to 12 days, once order exceeds estimated delivery time then, customers must contact us via phone or email, so we can launch an investigation into the matter and provide a resolution. Overnight (Expedited) Shipping

Please read standard shipping section prior for more information on our processing time, ship time and delivery time to gain a better understanding on how we prepare/ship our orders. 

Orders usually ship next day or same day. For overnight expedited shipping, orders take an average of up to 24 hours to ship (not deliver). Overnight expedited processing time is 6-8 hours after an order was placed; before shipment. Delivery time on average for express orders are up to 2-3 days after order was shipped. We automatically apply insurance coverage for this shipping method.
