Order Pickups

We offer order pickup from our post office location during our hours of operation from 8am - 8pm (Mon-Sat). Although we have a 12 hour window we are not available for every hour that why it is important to make an appointment for all deliveries and order pickups. Order pickups must be verified and scheduled 1st before an order can be received. For pickups it usually takes 1-3 days for order to process. It takes 2-7 days for ordered to be ready for pickup. If an order has not been scheduled for pickup or picked up after 15 days of ready to pickup date, order is no longer eligible for refund and will be restocked back in our inventory and credit will be applied to order on a gift card. Customer must request this credit it will not be automatically granted because customers the flexibility of making adjustments to collecting order. 

 We are not responsible for refunding orders that have not been collected within the appropriate timeframe, even if requested. It is customers responsibility to collect their order within the time frame provided. However, store credit will apply and deducted amount of $4.99 for delay fee. For rushed/same day pickups we take 4-5 hours process order. Same day pickup is an extra cost of $10.99 for each rush order. All items in our inventory are not available for same day pickup/delivery; which our website will not have the option for store pickup when checking out; for those items that are not available right away can only be shipped. Each product has their respective availability and shipping time in its description. Local Delivery

Orders that are over 100 can be delivered locally within the 5 boroughs of NYC we deliver up to 25miles radius maximum any area outside of our radius is out of bounds and we cannot deliver. For all delivery costs customers are required and responsible for all fees incurred. Like order pickup selected items are available for this service. We utilize our private cab companies like Uber and Lyft to carry out all deliveries in NYC, each customer will receive a direct link to pay and confirm date for scheduled delivery. All delivery must be completed within 15 days of order being ready for pickup date, if time exceeds like our pickup policy any items not collected within 15 days after 1st delivery attempt will result in a loss of refund and store credit will apply instead. A charge of 10.99 will be deducted from credit for late delivery. Customer must request this credit it will not be automatically granted because customers the flexibility of making adjustments to collecting order.
