Shopping with us has gotten easier! we have a variety of options to choose from when selecting your shipping method at checkout. These shipping options are tailored to suit your specific wants and needs, when it comes to receiving your order. We also ship worldwide. We offer international shipping to countries based on transparency with tracking of orders, shipping delays or very few to none limitations on shipping & delivery. Read all information below to get clarity on our shipping system. Please note all oversized order (> or more 5lbs) are exempt from promotions and discounts
US/Domestic Standard Shipping
We have a standard processing time of 1-2 days which allows us to properly assess our stock availability/inventory, we evaluate and perform inspection firstly, before we process all standard orders. For standard shipping, orders take an average of 3-5 days to ship (not deliver), after an order was placed which is our average shipping time. Shipping time is the amount of days it takes an order to ship out from our possession. Extended shipping time for standard orders, delivery is usually longer on average; compared to express orders, which is drastically shorter by 5-7 days less. Our Delivery time is the estimated time at checkout, that displays when order is expected to arrive destination/customer address, from the time it was shipped. Processing time is the time it takes an order to process before being prepared/packaged for shipment (ship time). To better understand our shipping process there is a sequence we follow outlined below;
- 1st Processing time (process of new order),
- 2nd Ship time (preparation & order packaging + shipment),
- 3rd Delivery time (order was shipped + delivery time estimated, customer awaits their order).
Standard shipping has two options (a) 5-10 business days and (b) 7-16 business days; delivery included, customers can choose whichever one suits their needs. All our shipping options include estimated delivery time. Reminder weekends are not included.
US/Domestic orders standard shipping options:

US/Domestic Express Shipping

For express shipping, orders take an average of 2-3 days to ship (not deliver) depending on which express option was selected at checkout. Unlike standard shipping, express processing time is 1 day after an order was placed; before we prepare order for shipment. Delivery time on average for express orders are up to 5 business days after order was shipped. We offer 2 options for express shipping, (a) 3-5 days and (b) 2-3 days. Customers can select any one that satisfy their needs.

Overnight (Expedited) Shipping
Orders usually ship next day or same day. For overnight expedited shipping, orders take an average of up to 24 hours to ship (not deliver). Overnight expedited processing time is 6-8 hours after an order was placed; before shipment. Delivery time on average for express orders are up to 1-2 business days after order was shipped. Please apply insurance coverage for this shipping method.

Delays vs. Standard shipping
Shipping delays credit options are available based on customers' preference/request. The maximum amount of days for standard shipping orders to get delivered is up to 31 days, after an order was shipped. Once order exceeds estimated delivery time, customers must contact us via phone or email, so we can deal with the matter directly, by reviewing order history, shipping history and back log or launch an investigation with the affiliated shipping carrier, to provide the best options and a solution. We use third party shipping carriers for our shipping and handling, they may experience delays from time to time, so we try to limit these issues by sending each customer their respective tracking information, along with new updates of issues that may arise with their orders during transit. It is customers responsibility to keep track of their orders and notify us of any changes.
Once an order is shipped we are no longer responsible for delivery, how it gets to a customer is solely based on shipping carriers assigned to delivery service. We are not at fault for any delays of orders in transit once shipped on time. We keep records of all our shipment along with shipment receipt, to protect our company from shipping claims, fraud and deception. We advise our customers to purchase insurance at checkout, for coverage and protection of their orders in transit. Insurance coverage is essential and protects orders against loss, stolen or damage fees. Orders that have coverage will be replaced or credited depending on customers' selection. Refer to our refund policy for order delay resolutions and credit.
